"Customisable" items
Shoes are handmade to order with the options you choose (heel height, sole type), this stage can take up to 3 weeks. Delivery will then take between 1 and 3 weeks after dispatch, depending on your delivery zone.

"Ready-to-ship" items
These items are delivered in less than 10 days. Please note that delivery is only possible within the European Union and DROM-COM*. ! Delivery is therefore not possible to Switzerland and the UK.

Which size should I choose?
- At JOHEELA, the best way to choose the right size is to measure your feet! Our size guide explains how to do it quickly and easily.
- We offer sizes 35 to 45, and on request, at no extra charge, sizes 33, 34, 47 and 48.5.
- Our sizes are unique and different from those of other brands, especially from size 39 upwards, where our shoes often run smaller. So it's not uncommon to have to choose 1 or 2 sizes above your usual size (e.g.: your usual size 40 may correspond to a 42 with us).
My friend has gone up a size. Should I do the same?
Everyone has a unique foot morphology. So even if your friend had to go up a size, it doesn't necessarily mean you will. We therefore recommend that you measure the length (A) and width (B) of your feet and use our size chart or our size recommendation tool by clicking here.
I'm not sure what size to get. Could you help me make the right choice?
- You can use our our size recommendation tool by clicking here. By entering your measurements, it will show you the most suitable size, as well as advice on choosing the model that's right for you.
- Alternatively, you can send us your measurements (length A and width B) to [email protected] or via our chatbot, along with photos, after following our size guide. It's important to measure correctly. Our team will be happy to help you choose the right size!
Which model should I choose?
Each model is unique. Many styles are suitable for all foot morphologies, while some are more suited to slim feet, and others to wider feet.

Which heel shape and height to choose?
- The stiletto standard heel combines style and stability thanks to its slightly wider base. Comfortable and balanced, it's perfect for beginners. Available in 7.5 cm (on some styles), 8.5 cm and 10 cm.
- The stiletto slim, elegant stiletto slim heel enhances lines and adds character to your silhouette. Ideal for daring dancers who want to combine style and technique. Available in 9.5 cm and 11 cm.
- The flared heel is the most popular choice for Latin and ballroom dancing. Its wide base offers greater stability for those seeking safety and comfort. Available in 7.5 cm and 9 cm on certain styles.
- The chunky heel provides good support. Particularly suitable for beginners, those with balance problems or recovering from injury. Available in 10 cm on some styles.
Which sole should I choose?
- The suede sole is ideal for use on parquet floor, thanks to its excellent balance between grip and glide, facilitating turns. It can also be used on other surfaces such as linoleum or tiles, but with lesser performance. Extremely supple and flexible, it enables the foot to be pointed more effectively and the leg lines to be refined. It leaves no marks on the floor, whatever its color. Please note that this sole is not vegan - for a vegan alternative, prefer the All floors sole.
- The all floors sole resembles that of normal shoes, but has been designed for dancing, with greater flexibility than a classic sole, although less flexible than Suede. However, it offers greater stability for beginners. Its beige color prevents marks on the floor. For black models, the edges are painted black for a more aesthetic finish. This paint may fade over time and leave a few marks at first. This sole can be used outdoors, but will wear more quickly.

What are the delivery times?
- "Customisable" shoes can take up to 3 weeks to be made. Joheela shoes are made to order with the chosen customization options (heel, sole type). Delivery of your package may take from 1 to 3 weeks after shipment, depending on your country. Click here to find out more.
- "Ready-to-ship" shoes are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery of your parcel may then take between 3 and 5 business days after shipment, depending on your country. Click here to find out more.
You will receive an e-mail when your parcel is dispatched; from this date, you can take into account the delivery times announced.
Can I have it delivered to a relay point?
Delivery is only possible to your home or workplace. Post office delivery is not available directly. If you are not at home on the day of delivery, you can contact your local carrier to arrange for delivery to a post office, if possible.
Is delivery free?
- Standard home delivery with tracking is offered for purchases over €70* (or the equivalent in your local currency) for most countries (see "shipping rates" table above). Only for items marked "Customisable".

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
My item doesn't fit, can I return it?
- You may return your items within 30 days of delivery of your order. Please consult our returns policy before requesting an exchange or refund (click here to find out more).
- Please try on your pair of shoes indoors on a smooth, clean floor (preferably carpet or rug) when you receive them so as not to soil or damage the soles in the event of the item being returned. Each item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all parts and tags. Soles must be clean and free of all traces of use. If this is not the case, we reserve the right not to make an exchange or refund. If you have any doubts about the admissibility of your return, you will find here are some examples.
Do you offer return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs (we have special rates with our shipping provider for certain countries, click here to find out more). In the case of an exchange, you will only pay the return shipping costs, and we will take care of the exchange and return of the new pair at no extra charge.
OTHER QUESTIONS
Can I cumulate several promo codes?
No, coupon codes are not cumulative. You can only use one coupon code per order. You can, however, combine your gift card with a promotional code.
Are your shoes vegan?
All our styles are made from vegan materials. Only the "Suede" sole option is not vegan. Our "All floors" sole is made from vegan leather. Therefore, if you choose a pair of shoes with the "All floors" sole, your shoes will be entirely vegan.
Where are Joheela shoes made?
Joheela shoes are imagined and designed in Paris by Mathilde, the brand's creator. They are made to order with your choice of customization options (heel, sole type) in a renowned factory specialized in the manufacture of dance shoes, in the Shenzhen region of China. Your orders are then shipped directly from the factory after manufacture for faster delivery.

Your parcel will be delivered to your letterbox if the dimensions allow it. If not, your parcel can be dropped off at a postal outlet. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any delivery problems!

- Manufacturing lead times of up to 3 weeks for "customisable" shoes, which are made to order with your chosen heel height and sole type.
