Important information
- Please note that our team will be on vacation from Friday, December 20, 2024 to Thursday, January 02, 2025, so we will not be able to receive your return parcels. In order to ensure the safe receipt of your return parcel, we kindly ask you to organize the delivery of your return parcel so that it is delivered before December 20, 2024, or after Thursday January 02, 2024.
- It is therefore preferable not to submit your exchange or refund request during this period.
- For orders placed between November 01, 2024 and December 24, 2024, you have exceptionally 60 days from the delivery of your order to return it to us. This so that you are not penalized by this exceptional situation.
- If you wish to make an exchange and receive your new pair as soon as possible, we recommend that you place a new order with the options of your choice and request a refund for your current order.
- All returns received during this period will be stored at La Poste depot or at the post office whenever possible. They will be collected and processed from Thursday, January 02, 2025.
Information about returning your order :
What items can I return?
You may return your items within 30 days of delivery of your order. Please consult our returns policy before requesting an exchange or refund (see bottom of page).
- Each item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all parts and tags. Soles must be clean and free of all traces of use. If this is not the case, we reserve the right not to make an exchange or refund. If you have any doubts about the admissibility of your return, you will find here are some examples.
- Please try on your shoes indoors on a smooth, clean floor (preferably a carpet or rug) when you receive them, to avoid soiling or damaging the soles in the event of a return. If you have any doubts about the admissibility of your return, you can find here are some examples.
- If the item received is incorrect, we can exchange it within 30 days of receipt only if the shoes have not been worn or damaged. here are some examples). Please include photos of the item, a photo of the soles and a photo of your parcel with the delivery label in your return request.
- If, despite our quality control efforts, the product received is damaged or defective, we can exchange or refund it within 30 days of receipt. Please include photos of the item and a photo of your parcel with the delivery label in your return request.
- Free gifts and"Final Sale","Second Chance" and"Last Chance" items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the return conditions and each case is subject to our decision.
What items can I exchange?
- We can exchange your item for the same style only with different options (size, heel height, sole).
- If you wish to exchange your item for another style or another type of heel (stiletto, thick or flared), place a new order with the desired item and return the first item ordered for a refund.
- No exchange possible for our "Ready to ship" pairs. You can only request a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Exchanges have the same production/shipping and delivery times as a standard "customisable" order, to be taken into account after delivery and processing of your return package. When the exchange is completed, you will receive an order confirmation for this exchange with a new order number.
How long will it take to get my money back?
- Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 business days. Once the item has been checked, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know whether your claim has been approved or rejected.
- Once the refund request has been approved, you will receive your refund via the original payment method, within 1 to 10 business days depending on how quickly Paypal or your bank processes the transfer.
Are there any return shipping costs?
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (see below for our service provider's rates for certain countries). In the case of an exchange, you will only pay the return postage, and we will take care of the exchange and return of the new pair at no extra charge.
Other information:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Out of respect and to ensure the hygiene of our returns team, we kindly ask you to clean the soles of your shoes and the transport bag in case of pet hair.
- If you have requested a refund and the pair received does not comply with the return conditions (damaged sole, dirty, etc.), an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value of the pair will be deducted from the refund.
- If you have requested an exchange and the pair received does not comply with the return conditions (damaged, dirty soles, etc.), you will have to pay an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value of the pair in order to receive the pair in exchange.
- Christmas period: for orders placed between November 1 and December 24, returns are extended to 60 days after delivery of your order. This means you can place your order without any worries and return it after Christmas.
- Black weekWhen exchanging an item purchased with a Black weekpromo code, the discount is retained at the time of exchange. For orders placed with the code BLACKWEEK25 (containing 2 pairs or more), if a refund request is made and only one pair is retained by the customer, the discount BLACKWEEK20 will then be applied to this pair in accordance with the discounts applied at the time of purchase. Black WeekThe discount will be applied as follows: -20% with the code BLACKWEEK20 for the purchase of one pair; -25% with the code BLACKWEEK25 for the purchase of 2 pairs or more.

For certain countries*, your returns are now simplified: you can generate a return label in just a few clicks and pay the shipping costs directly at the end of your return request.
