Important – “Ready to ship” items
For any order including "ready to ship" items placed after Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (Paris time), no shipment will be made until our logistics team returns from vacation on Monday, August 18, 2025.
We invite you to order our articles " customisable ", whose orders will be processed and shipped normally during this period.

Please note that these delivery times only apply to items marked "ready to ship".
For the time being, these items can only be shipped to countries in the European Union and DROM-COM. It is not possible to send these items marked "ready to ship" to the UK, Switzerland, America, Africa, Asia or Oceania.
LIMITED STOCK: These are new items from customer returns; stock is therefore limited and changes according to returns.

To avoid any errors during the preparation and shipping of your order, please place two separate orders if you wish to order a "ready to ship" item and a "customisable" item.

The pairs are in stock in our offices near Paris and ready to be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We ship twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday. If you order on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday. If you order on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, your order will be shipped on Thursday. Please note that we do not ship on public holidays in France (January 1st, Easter Monday, May 1st, May 8th, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, July 14th, Assumption Day, All Saints' Day, November 11th, December 25th). If the planned dispatch date coincides with a public holiday, your parcel will be dispatched on the following Tuesday or Thursday. |

There are no customs fees for shipments to the European Union. Please note that these delivery times are estimates only. Although we do our utmost to ensure that your orders are delivered as quickly as possible, it is possible that deliveries may be delayed due to situations beyond our control (slowness of local customs services, blockades of warehouses and airports, strikes, etc.). Delivery information :
- Standard home delivery with tracking.
- We do not offer delivery to a post office.
- These pairs are in stock in our offices in the Paris region and ready to be dispatched within 3 business days.
- We ship twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

- Track your parcel regularly! It's your duty to track your parcel. Below you'll find useful information on how to track your parcel.Â
- Our shipping boxes measure 25*25*10cm for one pair of shoes and 25*25*25cm for 2 or more pairs. If your letterbox cannot hold a parcel of these dimensions, we advise you to have your order delivered to a relative's address. If the parcel cannot be delivered to your letterbox, the delivery driver may drop it off at a "point relais" whenever possible. If your parcel is indicated as having been delivered to a neighbor's home, or to your front door because your letterbox is too small and/or because your name is not indicated on it, we decline all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of the parcel in these circumstances.
- There are no customs charges for shipments to the European Union. For other countries, customs fees and taxes may be charged by your country's customs authorities, but are beyond our control.
- Joheela shoes are made in a renowned factory specializing in the manufacture of dance shoes, in the Shenzhen region of China.
How do I track my package?
- Tracking is available within 48 hours of dispatch. You can track it here by entering the tracking number you received by e-mail: https://www.joheela-shop.com/a/order_tracking
- If the tracking does not show any update within 3 days of shipment, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected].
Important to know if your parcel is not delivered:
- If you have not collected your parcel from the post office within the time limit, or if the delivery status is indicated as "Returned to sender" because you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address (different name, missing street number, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a second delivery of your parcel or refund your order. Second deliveries or refunds are not automatic. We will charge you €10.00 for a second delivery. If you would like a refund rather than a second delivery, a handling fee of 30.00€ will be deducted from the order amount upon refund.Â
- If you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address (different name, missing street number, etc.) and the delivery status is indicated as "Delivered", we cannot be held responsible. In this case, we will charge you a fee of 50% of the pair amount for manufacturing and shipping the order to the correct address, or a partial refund of 50% of the order amount.
