How do I return my parcel?

  • Enter your order number (e.g. #JHLA00000) and your e-mail address in the fields below and click on "SEARCH".

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.

  • Size doesn't suit you? Consult our size guide to find the right size to exchange.

  • Return requests are automatically accepted except for the following reasons, which are subject to approval: "Wrong item" - "Damaged or defective" - "Other".

  • You will automatically (or after approval for the reasons concerned) receive a confirmation e-mail with shipping instructions and a return authorization form to include in your parcel.

  • Each item must be returned in its original, unworn condition (see examples here : is my return acceptable?). The soles must be clean and free of all traces of use. Please clean the soles thoroughly before returning your pair.

  • Please note that we do not provide return labels. You are responsible for return shipping costs (return address in France). Please follow the instructions below to return your parcel.

  • You may use the shipping method of your choice. In all cases, please choose a delivery method with tracking and drop-off without signature to facilitate delivery and tracking of your package.

  • Please note that payment for the return label is your responsibility as indicated on our returns page.

  • We advise you to send us your tracking number by e-mail to [email protected] so that we can track your delivery.

  • We do not accept deliveries to relay points for return parcels.

  • A customs payment will be required by the EU customs services for the parcel to be delivered to us: please declare a lower value ($20) for your parcel in your customs declaration so that we do not have to pay taxes to receive your pair.

Here are a few other important things to know:

  • Returns must be made within 30 business days of the delivery date (unless otherwise stated/Christmas period).

  • Your return package will be processed within 5 business days after receipt by our team (unless otherwise stated/Christmas period).

  • Each item must be returned in its original, unworn condition (see examples here : is my return acceptable?). Soles must be clean and free of all traces of use. If this is not the case, we reserve the right not to exchange or refund the item. Please note that if we refuse the return, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to you. If you have any doubts about your pair's eligibility for returns, please feel free to send us photos of your pair by e-mail to [email protected].

  • Exchanges have the same production/shipping and delivery times as a normal order, to be taken into account from the day we carry out the exchange. Once the exchange has been made, you will receive an e-mail indicating that the exchange has been carried out, as well as an order confirmation for this exchange with a new order number. You will then receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with the tracking link inside when this order is shipped, as with any regular order.

  • OFFER BLACK WEEK : For orders placed with the code BLACKWEEK25 (containing 2 pairs or more), if a refund request is made and only one pair is retained by the customer, the discount BLACKWEEK20 will then be applied to that pair in accordance with the discounts applied at the time of the order.
