Your Joheela shoes are then handcrafted with your personalization options (heels and soles).
This can take up to 3 weeks.
Order shipped
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming shipment and your tracking number. Click here to find out more about tracking your parcel.

Order delivered
Your parcel will be delivered to your letterbox if the dimensions allow it. If not, your parcel can be dropped off at a postal outlet. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any delivery problems!
- Standard delivery with tracking is offered on purchases over €70 (or the equivalent in your local currency)* for pairs marked "customisable" only.
- Order preparation time: between 2 and 3 weeks (customisable shoes are made to order with the heel height and sole type chosen!)
- Delivery between 1 and 3 weeks from the day of shipment.
- All our parcels have a tracking number. Packages are delivered by your local post office.
- There are no customs charges for shipments to countries within the European Union. For other countries, customs duties and taxes are very rare, but remain beyond our control.

Exchange & refund
- You have a 30-day cooling-off period after receipt of the item.

- We will exchange your item free of charge.
- We will issue a refund within 7 days of receipt of the return package.
- Each item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all parts and tags. Soles must be clean and free of all traces of use.
