• We offer sizes 35 to 45, and on request, at no extra charge, sizes 33, 34, 47 and 48.5.

• Our sizes are unique and different from those of other brands, especially from size 39 upwards, where our shoes often run smaller. So it's not uncommon to have to choose 1 or 2 sizes above your usual size (e.g.: your usual size 40 may correspond to a 42 with us).

Everyone has a unique foot morphology. So even if your friend had to go up a size, it doesn't necessarily mean you will. We therefore recommend that you measure the length (A) and width (B) of your feet and use our size chart or our size recommendation tool by clicking here.

If you already own a pair of JOHEELA shoes with adjustable laces at the front and they fit perfectly, you can use the same size for a similar model. On the other hand, if you're considering a laceless model, it's important to measure the width of your foot. In fact, if you have wide feet, we recommend that you choose a larger size for greater comfort.

If you already own a laceless pair that fits you perfectly, you can use the same size for all our models, whether they have laces or not.

Each model is unique. Many styles are suitable for all foot morphologies, while some are more suited to slim feet, and others to wider feet.

• The stiletto standard heel combines style and stability thanks to its slightly wider base. Comfortable and balanced, it's perfect for beginners. Available in 7.5 cm (on some styles), 8.5 cm and 10 cm.

• The elegant stiletto slim heel enhances lines and adds character to your silhouette. Ideal for daring dancers who want to combine style and technique. Available in 9.5 cm and 11 cm.

• The flared heel is the most popular choice for Latin and ballroom dancing. Its wide base offers greater stability for those seeking safety and comfort. Available in 7.5 cm and 9 cm on certain styles.

• The chunky heel provides good support. Particularly suitable for beginners, those with balance problems or recovering from injury. Available in 10 cm on some styles.

Suede black sole (for black models)

Beige Suede sole (for colored models)

• The suede sole is ideal for use on parquet floor, thanks to its excellent balance between grip and glide, facilitating turns. It can also be used on other surfaces such as linoleum or tiles, but with lesser performance. Extremely supple and flexible, it enables the foot to be pointed more effectively and the leg lines to be refined. It leaves no marks on the floor, whatever its color. Please note that this sole is not vegan - for a vegan alternative, prefer the All floors sole.

• The all floors sole resembles that of normal shoes, but has been designed for dancing, with greater flexibility than a classic sole, although less flexible than Suede. However, it offers greater stability for beginners. Its beige color prevents marks on the floor. For black models, the edges are painted black for a more aesthetic finish. This paint may fade over time and leave a few marks at first. This sole can be used outdoors, but will wear more quickly.

• "Customisable" shoes can take up to 3 weeks to make. Joheela shoes are made to order with the chosen customization options (heel, sole type). Delivery will then take 1 to 3 weeks* from the day of shipment for Europe and 2 to 5 weeks* internationally. *Click here to find out more.

• We ship our "ready to ship" items twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday. If you order on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday. If you order on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, your order will be shipped on Thursday.

• "Ready-to-ship" items can only be shipped to countries in the European Union and DROM-COM. It is therefore not possible to send these items to the UK, Switzerland, America, Africa, Asia or Oceania.

• Delivery will then take between 1 and 3 business days from the day of dispatch for France and between 3 and 8 business days for other countries and DROM-COM. Click here to find out more.

• You may return your items within 30 days of delivery of your order. Please consult our returns policy before requesting an exchange or refund (click here to find out more).
• Please try on your pair of shoes indoors on a smooth, clean floor (preferably carpet or rug) when you receive them so as not to soil or damage the soles in the event of the item being returned. Each item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all parts and tags. Soles must be clean and free of all traces of use. If this is not the case, we reserve the right not to make an exchange or refund. If you have any doubts about the admissibility of your return, you will find here are some examples.

You are responsible for return shipping costs (we have special rates with our shipping provider for certain countries, click here to find out more). In the case of an exchange, you will only pay the return shipping costs, and we will take care of the exchange and return of the new pair at no extra charge.

No, coupon codes are not cumulative. You can only use one coupon code per order. You can, however, combine your gift card with a promotional code.

All our styles are made from vegan materials. Only the "Suede" sole option is not vegan. Our "All floors" sole is made from vegan leather. Therefore, if you choose a pair of shoes with the "All floors" sole, your shoes will be entirely vegan.

They are made to order with your choice of customization options (heel, sole type) in a renowned factory specialized in the manufacture of dance shoes, in the Shenzhen region of China.
