Overall, I'm very happy with the Nina high heels. They're beautiful, fit well, and are perfect for dancing.
Unfortunately, the metal zipper on my first pair broke after just a few weeks—or rather, it kept coming undone while I was dancing. I then contacted Schuhila's customer service and explained the issue.
Customer support was very friendly and helpful. They sent me a new pair very quickly—this time with a plastic zipper. Everything has been working perfectly ever since, and I haven't had any more problems.
Kudos to customer service for the quick and hassle-free solution. That’s why I can definitely recommend these shoes, despite the initial problem. 😊
