How do I know if my return is admissible?
Please be assured that we do our best to accept your returns and exchange or refund your order as customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the many returns we receive in unacceptable condition, we are putting together this guide with photos to help you judge for yourself whether or not your pair can be returned to avoid unnecessary return costs.
Have you tried on your shoes and wondered if you can return them? Here are some answers:
- "I wore my pair once but found they don't fit, can I return them?" Each item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all parts and tags. If you have worn your pair for a class or rehearsal and found that the item does not fit, unfortunately we cannot take it back as the item is no longer new and hygiene regulations would not be met.
- "How long does it take to return an item? The return must be made within 30 days of delivery (as evidenced by the postmark of your return).
- "I tried on my shoes and took a few steps in them to test them. I think they're still new but there are a few marks on the sole, will my return be accepted?" Shoes should be tried on indoors on a clean, smooth floor (preferably carpet or rugs) as the soles can show signs of use quickly (especially the sole All floors) as these are soles specially designed for dancing. The condition of the soles is the number 1 reason for refusing returns, so please pay close attention. To help you avoid paying unnecessary return shipping costs, you'll find photos of some examples of unacceptable returns below.
Examples of non-accepted returns:
- Traces of rubbing, discoloured soles:
Sole Suede faded:
- Multiple deep traces :
- Dirty soles :
If the sole is new in appearance, then the pair can be returned to stock and the return is accepted. If the sole has marks that cannot be removed after cleaning, the pair cannot be returned to stock and we will not be able to exchange or refund.
If you still have any doubts after reading this page, don't hesitate to send us clear photos with good lighting of your pair and soles by e-mail to [email protected] or attach the photos to your return request.
