These pairs are handmade to order with the options you have choosen (heel height, sole type), which can take up to 3 weeks. Delivery will then take between 1 and 3 weeks after dispatch, depending on your delivery zone.

IMPORTANT: For "customisable" shoes ordered after November 11, 2024, delivery cannot be guaranteed for Christmas.
"Ready to ship" shoes
These pairs are delivered in less than 10 days. Please note that delivery is only possible within the European Union and DROM-COM*! Processing and delivery costs from €14.9*.
LIMITED STOCK: New pairs from customer returns. If the pair is not available, you can order it in "customisable" version with the options of your choice.
Important information
- Kneepads and Sisterhood chains cannot be ordered with "ready to ship" pairs at this time.
- To avoid any errors, please place two separate orders if you wish to order both a "ready to ship" pair and a "customisable" pair.

Description
Treat yourself or your loved ones with the Joheela gift card! You're sure not to make a mistake: the person to whom the gift card is offered will be able to choose the pair of his or her choice.
- Delivery : The gift card is a virtual card. It is sent to you by email, so there are no delivery charges to expect! All you have to do is forward the email of the gift card to the person you give this gift card to when the time comes.
- A simple and effective gift: Need a physical gift? Simply print the PDF version of the gift card here (Christmas version available here), fill in the necessary information and leave a note for the person you are giving this gift card to. Slip this thoughtful note into an envelope and you have a gift that will make an impact! You can also forward the gift card's email to the person you are giving it to.
- Usage: the card can be used several times. It is also possible to pay part of the order with the balance of the card and the rest with another means of payment.
- Card validity: 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Refund conditions: gift cards can be refunded within 30 days if they have not been used. If they have been used or if this 30-day period is exceeded, they are no longer refundable.
- Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing a gift card.
- Discount codes can be used when making a purchase paid with a gift card.

Your "ready to ship" shoes are shipped within 3 business days.
Order shipped
Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Click here to find out more about tracking your parcel.
You will then receive your "customisable" pair by :
1 to 3 weeks.

2 to 4 weeks.

Order delivered
Your parcel will be delivered to your letterbox if the dimensions allow it. If not, your parcel can be dropped off at a postal outlet. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any delivery problems!
- Standard home delivery with tracking is offered on purchases over €70* (or the equivalent in your local currency) for "Customisable" shoes only.
- Manufacturing lead times of up to 3 weeks for "customisable" shoes, which are made to order with your chosen heel height and sole type. - Delivery is only possible to your home or workplace. Post office delivery is not available directly. If you are absent on the day of delivery, you can contact your local carrier to arrange for delivery to a post office/repair point, if available.
- There are no customs charges for shipments to countries within the European Union. For other countries, customs duties and taxes are rare but remain beyond our control.
Exchange & refund
- You have a 30-day cooling-off period after receipt of the item.
- For any exchange or refund, see the Return, Exchange and Refunds section.
- Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5 business days after receipt of the return package.
- Each item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all parts and tags. Soles must be clean and free of all traces of use.
