- To avoid any errors during the preparation and shipping of your order, please place two separate orders if you wish to order a "ready to ship" item and a "customisable" item.
"Customisable" items
Shoes are handmade to order with the options you choose (heel height, sole type), this stage can take up to 3 weeks. Delivery will then take between 1 and 3 weeks after dispatch, depending on your delivery zone.
Free delivery for orders over €70*.
"Ready-to-ship" items
These items are delivered in less than 10 days. Please note that delivery is only possible within the European Union and DROM-COM*. ! Delivery is therefore not possible to Switzerland and the UK.
Shipping and handling from €14.9*.
LIMITED STOCK: These are new items from customer returns, so stock is limited and fluctuates according to returns. If the item you want is not available, you can order it in "customisable" version with the options of your choice.
Ready to ship : new items from customer returns; stock is therefore limited and varies depending on returns. Delivery only within the European Union and French overseas departments and territories.

Order received
After validation of your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with your order number #JHLAXXXXX.
Your "customisable" shoes are then handmade with your personalization options (heels and soles). This stage can take up to 3 weeks. Click here to see our manufacturing process.
Your "ready to ship" shoes are shipped within 3 business days.
Order shipped
Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Click here to find out more about tracking your parcel.
You will then receive your "customisable" pair by :
1 to 3 weeks.
Europe (except */**)
2 to 4 weeks.
USA - Canada - Asia - Europe*
3 to 5 weeks.

Keep track of your parcel!
Order delivered
Your parcel will be delivered to your letterbox if the dimensions allow it. If not, your parcel can be dropped off at a postal outlet. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any delivery problems!
- Standard home delivery with tracking is offered on purchases over €70* (or the equivalent in your local currency) for "Customisable" shoes only.
- Manufacturing lead times of up to 3 weeks for "customisable" shoes, which are made to order with your chosen heel height and sole type. - Delivery is only possible to your home or workplace. Delivery to a relay point or post office is not directly available. If you are absent on the day of delivery, you can contact your local carrier to arrange for delivery to a post office if available.
- There are no customs charges for shipments to countries within the European Union. For other countries, customs duties and taxes are rare but remain beyond our control.
Exchange & refund
- You can return your "customisable" and "ready to ship" items within 30 days of delivery of your order.
- For any exchange or refund, see the Return, Exchange and Refunds section.
- Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5 business days after receipt of the return package.
- Each item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all parts and tags. Soles must be clean and free of all traces of use.
- Return address in the Paris region of France
- Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. For certain countries*, your returns are now simplified: you can generate a return label in just a few clicks and pay the shipping costs directly at the end of your return request. Click here to consult the countries concerned and the rates.
- Delivery charges are not refunded.
