- If you're between 2 sizes, choose the size according to whether you prefer tighter or looser knee pads.

Size guide for knee pads
We recommend that you measure your leg circumference (C) and use our sizing chart to find the perfect knee brace size for you.
To measure the circumference (C) of your leg, use the following technique:
Step 1. Use a tape measure or other flexible measuring tool to measure the circumference of your leg. If you don't have one, use a piece of paper, a shoelace or a ribbon, then transfer it to a ruler to get the measurement.
Step 2. Stand up.
- If your usual garment size is XS or S, measure approximately 10cm above the center of the kneecap.
- If your usual clothing size is M or L, measure approximately 12cm above the center of the kneecap.
Then measure your leg circumference (C). Then consult the table below to find your knee-pad size.
