You will find below 3 possible alternatives for the payment of your commissions. For each of the 3 alternatives, a minimum of €10 in commissions is required to request payment.

1/ You want to buy a new pair with the amount of your commissions

To convert your commissions into a voucher to be used towards the purchase of a new pair, you can view the amount of commissions earned that can be transferred into a voucher by logging into your ambassador account. Go to the "Payments" tab, the amount is shown in the "Pending amount" space.

You can now transform your commissions into a promo code directly from your ambassador account by choosing the amount you wish. You can select "promo code" in the top right-hand corner and transform your commissions into a promo code.

Promo codes are not cumulative. It is therefore necessary to generate a coupon code corresponding to the total amount of the pair.

Naturally, your commissions that have not been converted into a promotional code are kept in your ambassador account for an unlimited period of time.

2/ You have a company

You must send us an invoice by email to [email protected]. Please find below our company information to be included on invoices:

To consult the amount of commissions due to you, log on to to your ambassador account and go to the "Payments" tab, where the amount is shown in the "Pending amount" space. You can then indicate this amount on your invoice. Payment will be made upon receipt of your invoice.

If you have taxes to show on your invoice, they must be included in the total amount of commissions due to you. We cannot pay you more than the commission amount shown on your ambassador account. If you prefer to use the total amount of your commissions and avoid having to declare taxes, we recommend that you opt for solution number 3.

We recommend that you send us your bank account number (IBAN) so that we can make the transfer to your bank account.

Unfortunately, payment by PayPal transfer is no longer possible.

Your unpaid commissions are of course kept in your ambassador account for an unlimited period.

3/ You do not have a company or cannot provide an invoice

You must send us a sworn statement(download the model here in French or in English) by email to [email protected].

To check the amount of commission due to you, log in to your ambassador account and go to the "Payments" tab, where the amount is shown in the "Pending amount" area. You can then indicate this amount on your certificate. Payment will be made on receipt of your certificate.

Please enclose your IBAN in the e-mail containing the attestation. 

Unfortunately, payment by PayPal transfer is no longer possible.
